ConnectWay grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform strictly for personal, non-commercial use. The integrity of our servers, located strategically in key hubs like Istanbul and Beyoğlu, is paramount. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or perform DDoS attacks on our infrastructure is a violation that will result in immediate termination of access and potential legal recourse under local jurisdiction.
We maintain zero tolerance for any activity that compromises the gameplay experience of others. This includes but is not limited to the deployment of third-party automation tools, "cheat" overlays, or scripts that disrupt the natural frame-time consistency expected by our competitive community.
Property & Digital Assets
Every line of code, pixel of art, and recorded soundscape on connectway.site is the proprietary property of ConnectWay. We strictly prohibit the unauthorized distribution of our game engine optimizations, localized Turkish server telemetry, or UI design motifs.
Users are prohibited from using the ConnectWay trademark in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership without an explicit, signed manifest from our Beyoğlu headquarters.
Disclaimers & Constraints
The "As-Is" Standard
While we strive for 99.9% uptime across Turkish fiber rollouts, ConnectWay does not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Latency (ping) fluctuate based on your ISP's routing to our Beyoğlu nodes. We are not responsible for packet loss caused by suburban infrastructure limitations or hardware failures on the user’s end.
Limitation of Warranty
In no event shall ConnectWay or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ConnectWay's website, even if ConnectWay or a ConnectWay authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
